Friendly n helpful staff. Website is so easy to navigate and the turn around is so quick 🥰 Cant wait to use the moulds for my Steam Punk cake 😉 And here it is....the moulds turned out perfectly for this cake...Im hooked 🥰

I have been pretty slack with leaving feedback but I have received deliveries almost fortnightly and sometimes weekly for the past few years from Lollipops and I have never been disappointed. The boxes are always packed wonderfully and I have never received anything damaged. Thanks Kev who has packaged some of my most recent orders and all the other staff. Our instructor BB was delightful & refreshingly happy & enthusiastic about cake decorating. She also had a good sense of humour and was knowledgeable & easy to follow. Only down side was cost, but I guesz it was worth it Thanks BB. My daughter & I had a wonderful time, especially on her Birthday.

Online order came a day earlier than expected. They stocked an item I couldn’t find elsewhere (americolour brand clear gel). The gel and the cake tins I bought were all packaged carefully.

Always friendly and helpful. My wife is the baker, not me, but I’m usually the one to collect orders. This really is the best store for baking supplies in the north side of Brisbane.

Quick service + excellent customer focus + great advice + affordable prices = amazing cake! We were on a time constraint, but they got our cake/cup cake toppers printed within 36 hours. When I went to the shop to collect the toppers - which looked AMAZING!! - I had a look around and got a couple of things. I interacted with staff over the phone, by email and in person, and customer service was consistently excellent! Staff were knowledgeable, and gave very helpful advice, without which my cake wouldn't have turned out as good as it did. Sadly, this standard of customer service is very rare these days. Whatever your secret - please hold onto it! Thank you for everything! I'll gladly recommend you to anyone!

Amazing place for all baking and decorating needs. They've always got everything I need everytime I order. I now have to get my orders delivered interstate and they always arrive within a few days. Beautiful friendly staff aswell. Very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond and always happy to have a chat. The classes were also amazing. So much fun. I will miss doing them but I learnt so much from them and continue to put what I learned in to all my creations.
